- A coach is someone who helps to shape and develop the performance of another through relationship building, conversation, goal setting and feedback
- RiLi Coaches are a unique feature of the Institute. Each RiLi participant will be assigned a team of 5 – 10 participant peers and at least one Industry Coach. These teams will meet daily during the Institute to address a pre-planned agenda, facilitate curriculum discussions and manage Leadership 360 results distribution and interpretation.
- RiLi’s Coaches hail from a variety of roles within the ski industry. They are senior level resort executives with many years of experience successfully advancing people, processes and business results

A confidential, online 360 Leadership Assessment will be completed for Institute participants to prioritize professional performance enhancement, skill development and goal setting.
