The Conference and Event serves as the hospitality arm of Lyndon State College. We maintain the college master calendar, including special events. Groups and individuals contact us to arrange space, food service, and all campus logistical support for events and programs. We arrange all facility rentals and campus services for non-LSC groups and individuals. We organizes and manages summer camps, conferences and institutes.
Our office is located on the 3rd floor of Vail Building – 327.

Room requests for American Society of Dowsers 2012
If you like your room, location or suitemates: Requests for such can be made to Lyndon State College Conference Office beginning
January 17, 2012.
The registration form will be on-line January 17th via the LSC home page or ASD website. If you do not have internet, please make sure a friend can register you. After this date, reservations can be sent via phone, fax or internet. Also for limited staffing reasons during the academic year in the Conference Office (Donna and ½ of an assistant), we may not be able to immediately process your request.
Please remember the room or suite which you are requesting.
We will attempt to honor such requests but please know that each year we are taking buildings off-line for various renovations and updates. Also, if we increase LSC student summer offerings, Rita Bole may not have as many available spaces as year ‘round LSC students may be in residence.
