Can I take courses over the summer either at Lyndon or another college?

Yes. Courses are offered at Lyndon during the summer (some on campus, some online). The summer schedule is typically available by mid-February so students can plan accordingly.
Registration for summer courses at Lyndon takes place at the same time as registration for the next fall semester.
Students can also take courses at another college during the summer IF the school is regionally accredited.
Print an “Off Campus Study” form here Off Campus Study. Complete the form with consultation from your advisor, attach a course description to the form, and bring both to the Registrar’s Office. You will be notified of the approval of your request via Lyndon email. If you receive a C- or better in the class, and have received prior approval, the course will transfer to your Lyndon records. IMPORTANT: Once you have completed the course, request that an official transcript be sent to:
