How do I waive my health insurance?

Insurance is billed to ALL full-time students (12 or more credits). Health Insurance is required for all full time matriculated students. For students enrolling in the annual plan $2133. Coverage dates are from 12:01 AM on August 15, 2013 through 12:01 AM on August 15, 2014.

You must enroll OR waive the student health insurance. Insurance premiums are automatically added to student accounts. To remove the charge, the online waiver must be completed. To waive the health insurance premium go online to:

  1. http://portal.vsc.edu
  2. Click on VSC Web Services
  3. Click Student Health Insurance Form.
  4. Enter current insurance policy number

This MUST be completed by September 10, 2013. After this date, you will be responsible for the insurance charge on your account, it is non-refundable.
