What is it?

An easily accessible electronic suggestion box where students, faculty, staff, community members, and others can anonymously submit ideas/comments/complains/compliments for my information and consideration.

How does it work?

1. Submit your idea/suggestion: Submit your suggestions at http://www.lyndonstate.edu/joebox  You can also attach items to the form.
2. Review by the president and a team: A designated review team will sort and prioritize suggestions/comments once a week.  I will be provided with ALL submissions without exception.
3. Actions: Your suggestions will be dispatched to the appropriate department and the review team will keep track of the status.  Periodically, I will share your ideas and the results with the community via various channels.  I will also pick one submission to discuss on my FB page on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

For example:

“Joe, we need more recycling bins.”

“Joe, I think it would be a good idea to have a Halloween costume contest next year.”

“Joe, a bathroom in Vail needs some attention.”

“Joe, I have an idea. It would totally work. See the attachment.”
