The Student Services Center provides a centralized, one-stop experience for our students.
Located in Vail 348, our office houses registration, billing and financial aid.
Students, parents, and community members receive friendly, individualized attention on issues such as bill payment methods, financial aid eligibility, and registration questions. We also assist with general information about the college. Students are invited to come in, speak with a consultant or meet with our specialized financial aid officers, and registrar and billing personnel.

Friday, January 6 Financial Clearance deadline – A late fee of $100 may be assessed on unpaid balances.

Monday, January 23 Last day to change meal plan (done on-line)
Tuesday, January 24 Last day to add a semester-length course without faculty member’s signature and last day to add 1st half course
Tuesday, January 24 Last day to withdraw and receive 100% refund
Tuesday, January 31 Last day to drop a course and affect course load and billing – after this date, student must pay $19 for each add/drop slip (except for adding second half courses) and is responsible for all financial charges. A change in enrollment may change financial aid eligibility.
Friday, February 10 Last day to DROP a 1st half course without a failing grade
Wednesday, February 15- Health Insurance On-Line Waiver due – New and transfer students will be responsible for school insurance fee($925) if on-line waiver is not done by this date.
